There are decisions you can't reverse. 6 Pager is an awesome practice when making important decision. Never stop learning - Jeff Bezos learns, Amazon learns, every amazing person learns. You don't have to be super smart to do amazing things, You just have to keep trying and iterating, Like how Amazon introduced Kindle, Prime Video and AWS. They kept iterating and eventually find the best way/products work for them. But it wasn't because Amazon people are super smart, Amazon actually made many mistakes. 
Amazon leadership principles make sense, process are cool, products are awesome.
Case studies on Amazon Kindle, Prime, Prime Video and AWS illustrated how the leadership principles and Amazon processes helped them succeed eventually. 
Amazon has implemented multiple processes to ensure the leadership principles are well practiced such as Hiring - Bar raiser hiring process, Organizing - Single Threaded Leadership organizing, Communication - 6 pager narrative, Customer experience - working backwards and Measuring - Focus on input metrics. Amazon's 14 leadership principles are the critical factors how it grew from an online bookstore to a trillion dollar company. It's a little lengthy, but I'm happy that I started this new journey. 
Here is my first book summary for Working Backwards - Insights, Stories and Secrets from Inside Amazon. Besides that, I will write book summary to help myself write and understand better. In 2021, I read 11 books and decided to read at least 12 books every year going forward.
